first, do i have to relieve fuel pressure when cutting or opening the fuel hoses to install an inline pump and an fmu?

lastly, which side of the synapse map bypass link attaches to the t/b? the side with a c-clip on the hole of the map bypass link or the other?

c clip sided goes to the TB, the other side is where you mount the map sensor
