Oh, so now post count is the way to judge how much experience someone has building FI setups?

Got a question Matt? You always saying the reason you don't answer your phone or reply to Emails is cause your behind your welding mask or your busy working, well you must have alot of time in your hands to sit here on honda-tech and have a disscusion with another unhappy customer.

You told me you had my parts and you would ship them when they are ready to be shiped, well what are you waiting for, for them to ship them shelf. Also where is the refund money for the turbo, if it was taken out of your account on the 4th it alredy should of been in my account and it's not, so i suggest you get on da phone with your creditors or who ever you deal with and get me my money$$$$$$, cause it took you 2 or 3 days to take it out of my account when i made the order, how come now it's taking you almost 2mth to refund my money.

Custom parts take time - if your not willing to wait the time it takes to get a custom part - go buy an inline pro from someone who has one in stock and can ship it today..

Otherwise? Quit bitching you pussies. Matt is a stand up guy and is doing everyone a favor by starting a company, creating bad *** manifolds and helping the H-T scene.

I bet none of the weiners who are bitching in this thread OWN a business. They work for someone and work 8-5 and then surf the net and complain about the next guy.

Its a business - a business that makes CUSTOM parts. Get over yourself.

Thumbs up to One Fab</TD></TR></TABLE>

Its fine to defend matt....but theres no place to be calling people "weiners and bitches " thats one of the stupidest posts ive seen lately and ive seen alot...
give the guys a break they jsu twant to get what they paid for

and they will

whats with all these anti-onefab threads anyways. Lots of people have been waiting 5+ months even a local shop near me is waiting for his manifold. I must have gotten lucky. It only took 2 months for mine but he built it from scratch and shipped it right off to me. Personaly I don't think that it takes 5 months to build a manifold and I don't know what holding these up. There really is no excuse for it and if I worked at the shop I would just stay up until midnight working on manifolds forcing them out. The more business you get the better but your a pretty new business and there is more than one thread like this. Matt's a nice guy and all but whats the stinkin hold up. You got people waiting 5 months for a manifold and your constructing new things. I know you guys will hate this but how ******* hard is it to be proactive.

Some things that make up a good business you guys should try out.

#1 Stay in contact with your current clients/customers and be proactive. Don't wait for them to ask you whats going on. Email them, these are real people waiting for your peices before they can get there car boosting. You tell them one thing and they plan around that. It gets really frustrating and it's not that hard to control.

a.)Cary a phone on you at all times buy a new cell phone if neccessary. and hire someone if you don't want to.
b.)Stop taking orders, and stop fabricating new stuff until you get all the old stuff out. It's not that fregin difficult to prioritise.
c.)Be proactive. Contact your customers before they contact you. So you can develop a trust relationship with them. They will continue to buy more stuff from you and you will in the end make more money. These kinds of threads hurt business.
d.)Don't make excuses, no-one wants to hear excuses especialy when we all know the real reason is just your failure to prioritise and pure laziness.

2.) And last don't make a promise you cannot keep. Do not promise a manifold in 1 month and get it out in 3. Work hard to meet your due dates and hire more people if neccessary. Failure to adhere to the customer ultimately results in a companies destruction. And don't think that by not contacting the customer it will just magicaly go away. Gotta man up tell write down all the orders that are back filled contact everyone and let them know whats going on. And focus. I bet it would'nt take more than 2 weeks to get 12 manifolds out

^sorry to get involved but damn man you want your company to go somewere so pick it the *** up

it took me 6 months to get my onefab manifold which was supposed to take a month to get to my door step, but i wasn't really worried cuz i'm still not even close to finishing my setup, i asked for the 44mm wastegate flange i got the 38mm wastegate flange thats still ok cuz i'll just have my friend weld the 44mm flange. the manifold is still top notch quality as far as i'm concerned, my friend is using the onefab manifold and is in the 10's, the only problem i had with onefab was all the excuses why the manifold is not done yet. seemed like he lied a lot about what was going on i would rather him tell me the truth then lie to me just my 2 cents still i give onefab

Matt,

Yesterday I received my shipment. I'm in Belgium so I have not seen it yet. My brother who received it is very impressed with the quality and workmanship of it. In particular the welds.

I'm glad that we were able to work everything out. I'm happy that orders are being caught up and other customers will be getting their product soon.

You have always made quality products and for that reason I would/will purchase again from you.

I'm sorry that some of the posts in this thread have discredited you in a way that I did not intend. My reason for the original post was that the customer needs to be informed of the progress of their order regularly, I did not wanted it to become an execution wall.

MODS: since my order has been fullfiled with Matt Please close this thread.

It's too late man - people have slandered OneFab now enough so some new stupid bandwagon will start.

Honda-Tech ***** bandwagons..

The damage is done..

Custom parts take custom time.. You want something now? Order it from E Bay from someone who has it in stock.

If the fabricator tells people 3-4 wks that's what people are going to expect. If he tell's them 5-6 mths that's what they are going to expect. I guess you don't get the point do ya. We know does are custom parts and that it takes time. He's the one putting a time frame of 3-4 wks not us, and then takes 6 mths w/out contacting us or letting us know that is going to take longer than expected. IT"S CALLED CUSTOMER SERVICE.
