Default 150 to the wheels

I want to get a jrsc for my 97 civic ex and I want to know if the boost upgrade will give me around 150-160 hp to the wheels. If there is anybody running this setup their input would greatly be appreciated.

And that's a whole lot of money for a car that will still get smoked by your Grandma's Mustang GT

Your goal is 160whp? Skip the JRSC and all the stuff you'll need to buy to get it to run reliably and just get a B18C1 swap. Using all Honda OEM parts means that you'll retain Honda reliability as well.
