Default 150 hp to the wheels

I have a 97 civic ex and i want to get a jrsc. I know hp stock would be around 140-143 but what modifications can i do to get around 150 hp to the wheels. I am asking this because i read that supercharged sohc engines have the same hp with a stock intake and exhaust or aftemaket upgrades.

Don't waste your $$ on a JRSC. Go turbo or just NOS it and be done with. Hell I'd build an all motor D16 before I subject it to the JR-heat-charger
