Default 14b, dsm450, smc500, walbro255lph pump

Ok well I installed my turbo kit hf manifold 14b dsm450's smc500 walbro 255lph pump. When I go to crank the car it barely starts and reads REALLY rich. Even with maximum lean settings of -59%. So I thought that the fuel pump was flooding my car at prime time, so I installed a fuel pump cut off switch. When I turn the pump off, the car will start and run for about 10-13 mins until it dies out. Now somethings really wrong, because I know the pump is off when its running. I've tripple checked all my wiring. I really need help because I got to have the car out ASAP! Not my garage. I read on theoldone.com that you could drill a small hole in the outlet of your fpr to bring the pressure down a bit. Helped a bit and it starts but revs to like 100-200 and just bogs and shakes to hell. But still with the pump off, it runs until it dies. I really need help!

My car is running off the smc, dsm 450s, and a 255. Sometimes I'll start it and it will die right away, or idle @100-200rpm. All I do is hit the gas a few times (lightly), and it brings the idle right up to norm. And so you know, it is normal for the car to run very rich until it warms up. My car with run low 11s until I start driving.

I dont think this is my problem. Because the car literally feels like it will die. Even if its running with the pump off. the second i switch on the pump it dies right out.

your prob just running way too rich. is there a way to set the smc to stock settings at idle and then adjust from there? i'm not sure because i dont work with smc's. disconnect or turn off the smc and leave the pump on, it'll prob start up fine. just gonna figure out ur smc settings. also, the fuel pressure relief mod works sometimes, but makes it a bitch to start the car since u have to prime it several times to build up pressure. get an adjustable fpr instead

I am running RC550cc injectors with a Walbro 255lph pump with my SMC + and it start and idle fine.

My setting are 48 at idle and 45 at 1K. I am not running rich at all.
