14.91 @93mph ??
last week i took my car to the track for the first time and ran a best of 14.91@93 mph with a r/t of .87 (or somewhere close).i'm running a 94 coupe with a b16a2 and a t-3 turbo set at 4 psi.i seems a little slower then i hoped for but i am still having problems with the engine bogging. i'm going back this week and hopefull get a little better time.if i can figure out what is causing it to bog then i'll turn the boost up a little to about 7psi.and hope for a better time.
you should be posting way better than that. We have a 91 CRX with a bone stock except for the lil Greddy turbo 94 EX sohc VTEC motor. RAn a 1.9002 60 ft in humid weather. THat was achieved on 22" slicks at 14.3 consistant 91 MPH... Clutch was slipping and VTEC never engaged.
God, thats what I like to hear. I cant wait until I get mine on. I am hoping to be in the low 13's. Considering my car ran pretty fast for N/A w/o slicks. I am going crazy trying to put this kit together, I want to be finished before the end of summer.
i think my 60 foot was a 2.3? it's out in my car.I am running 16'' nittto's that suck *** so if i had slicks i could probably get my times down a little more plus rite after the 60 foot my car would start to bog a little the whole way through the gear
.my air/fuel gauge suddenly quite working so i changed my o2 sensor (it was causing problems because it was bad) and it still doesn't work someone said that their car did the same thing(bog)when their air/fuel signal wire came loose and grounded out.and mine started to work for a min at the track then it quite so i hope that is the case. i'll soon find out.then hopefully i can get my times down.

that's what my cousin was running in a turbocharged b16a3 del sol too. it was a t3 also...he sold the kit to my uncle and he(my uncle)was doing mid 14's with 5 pound in a 93 dx...gunny thing huh?
what engine is in the 93 dx?so i'm not to far off! a little more time and i should be able to get a little lower time
.is the civic intercooled? according to my g-tec i was running a 15.3 with this same turbo on my sohc (d15b7) engine.

with only 4lbs of boost.that is only about 185hp at the flywheel.i could see 13's maybe when i turn the boost up to about 8psi. maybe i'm wrong though.the rest of the engine is stock.

. the only thing that it needed was a higher rev limit because it would pull hard all the way to the rev limit so i know that if i raised it a little it would keep making power.that is a good strong little engine contrary to belief. i never had any problems with that engine but now i'm plaiged by them all.

You definitley need to turn the boost up on that thing... 4 psi is nothing at all. Just make sure to watch your air/fuel mixture and make sure your not leaning out at WOT. My friend is running 14.5's right now in his Drag equipped Si but his clutch is shot so he should definitely be knocking on 13's with the new clutch. This is running 8 psi.
yeah i'm just waiting until i get my fuel pump. the stock one is good for about 6psi and then it starts to lean out
