10lbs on a bone stock d16y7 to much??
My friend was running 15psi on a stock y7 with a greddy kit (small turbo). I wouldn't push the internals much past 225 if this is you Daily..

Im run 11 hondata tuned tho, all day on my STOCK Y7
10 to 11 psi on a good tune, 200whp is very doable. Im redynoing tuesday

you should run 6-8 daily and 10 on the weekeneds when your most likely going to race. better safe than sorry. but that just my .02

I am running 9 right now on my motor.. Its not the psi that kills the motor is the power output of it..
If I run race gas on a little greddy kit at 15 pounds its probably going to be ok.. If I do it with a t3 super 60 at 15 pounds is not going to be ok..

I did run 15lbs on my stock internal d16y7 with a greddy kit. You can push those internals to ~225whp on a daily driver with good engine management and not worry about it.
