Default *Timing a force-fed b18* (searched)

I have a 1995 integra LS with a t3/t4 turbo set up. i've noticed that the vacuum isn't at -20 mm/hg @idle like it's supposed to be. the good fellahs at spark racing recommended checking my timing. Can someone tell me the correct numbers for timing and exactly HOW to set the timing? i'd prefer not to get flamed, just some help. Thanks in advance.

Look at the sticker on the bottom side of your hood. It would tell you the stock timing.

If not check your owners manual.

To set your timing you need a timing gun. And then you move the distributor too change the timing. Check out http://www.c-speedracing.com under the how-to section.

btw, does anyone else have any suggestions why the vacuum isn't correct aside from leaks in the hoses (check over and over)
