i know you guys heard of the book.....

i wanna know if this is a really good source for in depth information on turbos?

does it apply to hondas and acuras?

i know the basics but i wanna know more.......wat i am really askin is if this book is worth purchasing......

definitely worth it. considered a turbo bible by many. no, its not perfect but its a solid foundation.

I bought it to research turboing my domestic, and have ended up reading it at least 1834738 times so far...
Lots of good info/theory...Although its a bit "dated"..

 

 

I had it for about a year and still reading it. Very good book. I got mine from amazon.

Great reading, went through it in 3 days. Definately provides the foundation for turbos, but some of that stuff doesn't seem to be entirely accurate for Hondas.

A very good book. In an area where there are very few good books, this book is really the best. Almost the bible.

Maximum Boost by Corky Bell.

I wish he would update it and add more on turbo sizing.

Helped me understand turbo systems a whole lot more. I already wrote to his publisher saying he should come out with a Max Boost II. I got mine from Barnes & Noble for around 30 bux

 

I ordered mines through Amazon.com...saved like 10.00 bucks off newstand price...

it's a pretty good book...read through it in like 3 days also, but i wish it had a bit more info in it than it did...
