Icon2 Wrong basemap?

Picked up a d15b head for my y7, im using a chipped p06 with a y8 basemap from phearable. I originally thought that's what the head was when i order the chipset from phearable, so i ended up with the wrong basemap. My question for you guys is this basemap is obv the wrong one, and im almost certain that's whats keeping my car from driving. When i go to move it or whatever and hit the gas the car just dies or moves very slowly. I have the d15b basemap but im not to good with crome, can i just load it to the chip via usb? Or do i need to solder other things onto the board?

Throwing IAT and a code for vtec but the wire is not plugged in. As far as the IAT its just a matter of switching the wires around.

you melted the iat and damaged the iacv. also remove q13 because its most likely burned up.

a program for a y8 will run an itr motor. Granted it'll surge like hell. It'll run. That's usually the end result Crossing those 2 connectors.
