Top radiator hose blew yesterday so ran around trying to find a replacement today, found one put it in ok and then when tightening the airbleed valve back up it snapped off... Didn't take much so think it might've been weaken over time. Then had the stupid idea of grinding the bottom of the airbleeder valve off to it would fit in the hole, well it fits but of course the hole that runs through the valve is now exposed... I'm an idiot... So need to buy a new one but have not idea what the parts called. Anyone know? Or have any ideas that I could do to make it the car usable? Photos below
I'm going to guess that's a b18b motor(?) I think the simple name is "upper coolant housing"
Also, you can find them without the bleeder valve. I've heard they didn't include it later because it's not really useful in that location. Normally the radiator cap is the highest point of the coolant system and you can bleed the coolant system with just using the radiator cap.
