Default Duh! Where is the coolant bleeder valve?

I have a 95 civic w/ a D16Z6. I checked my coolant the other day and noticed it was low. I filled it back up and went to bleed the system to make sure there was no air in the system.

Got out a 12mm socket, went over to the thermostat housing and BAM! Nothing. I checked my manual and the only picture they had was of it right there by the thermo housing.

So, can I get a picture of where the bleeder valve is? On my friend's F22 it's on the back of the block on the thermo housing, so I know what I'm looking for, I just can't find it.

Also, is there a possibility that my car doesn't have a bleeder valve?

Sorry for the tard question.

fallow the top radiator hose to the motor. you see where it connects. right on that connection will be a lil nut with a nipple. loosen that till all the bubbles come out.

btw your car has to be warm for the collant to actually flow throuhg the top tube.
tell me if this helps

I appreciate the help. I know how to bleed the system by letting the car warm up, thermo opens, bottom hose gets hot, ect, ect (how I had to do it because I couldn't find that stupid valve. )

I just want to find that damned bleeder or have someone tell me I'm not completely nuts and that there's a chance I don't have one. I'll have my friend try to find it when we're doing my clutch swap tomorrow.

I mean, it's hard to miss the nut. It's a 12mm w/ a nipple on the top of it. Only nut like that in the entire bay (that I'm aware of).

Thank you. More or less what I was hoping to hear so now I don't think I'm going completely nuts.

If I could get a picture as to where EXACTLY it should be on a Z6 I'd really appreciate it.
