Default Vtech inop

I have a 95 ex 1.6 vtech and I don't think the vtech is working this is my first civic so I'm still learning all about it. Just did a new timing belt and water pump. Next I would to diag vtech and get it working if its not. Looking for pointers on how to diag and test vtech. Thanks to anyone who can help.

You don't here a vtec engagement noise on the 1.6 single cam which i assume you have. I'm not even sure if you have a vtec engine.

Even your name has vtec spelled wrong. You must be looking for the phone companies forums (humor).
