Default Turbo Edit Question

Okay, I plan on using turbo edit on my 91 DA when I boost it...I'm gonna use a chipped PR4 ecu, and my question is this...what all do I need to obtain before I take my car to a tuning shop? Would they already have the turbo edit software, or would I need to download it myself and give it to them? Also, I've read something about a chip burner? Idk if it helps the questions, but I don't plan on doing any tuning by myself on a laptop or anything.

Call the tuning shop, they should be able to explain.
All you should really need is to have the ecu socketed & chipped so that you can remove & reprogram the chip in the ecu. The shop should take care of the rest.
