Default TPS Issue!

So I finally got my B18c1 block / b16 head turbo setup running, but I have ran into an issue. After it starts up, it will shoot up to 3k rpms, and then down to 500 rpms, and back up 3 times, then it will idle normal, like it should. Once I get the throttle 1% input, it will shoot up to 3,000 rpms. I am currently running the Skunk2 3L Pro Street Intake with the 2L Spacer, and a 90mm KTuned Throttlebody, FIC 2150cc Injectors, and a Bosche 044 running on e85. I have tried adjusting my throttlebody cable so it has some slack, and even adjusting the tps on Hondata so it wouldn't rev up at much, but it didn't change anything. I just would like my car to not try to do a track launch when I am just trying to push the clutch in, and move forward just a couple feet lmao. Someone please help me!

90mm throttle body might just be big enough to require and alpha-n tune on the low cam instead of a map based tune for the correct idle compensation.

No, I don't have an IACV. It has a massive Skunk2 Pro Cam in it, and idles perfectly except when you give it a bit of throttle, and it will try to take off.

1% tps with a 90mm throttle body is probably equivalent to like 25% with a 60mm throttle body

So you think I need a smaller TB for street drive-ability?

That or like I said previously and you totally ignored...

Sorry, I forgot to reply to you. I didn't ignore you. And I don't know much about tuning so I have no idea what those are.
