test your pwm boost controller
figured id share what I came up with the other day.
I have s300 and a mac controller. should be able to do this with any ecu.
simply:
1. go to map sensor settings. adjust offsets till the ecu sees boost pressure
2. put a 12v light in place of your solenoid.
3. make sure boost control is set up correctly and start playing with the duty cycle....the intensity of the light should change with different duty cycles.
my light was bright at 100% and off @ 0% boost at 100% normally closed
make sure your activation point is lower than what the ecu sees under the map.
see easy.

With an s300 it is much easier than that. Just go to Online menu, click on test outputs and you can test it from there.
