I swapped a Z6 into my 97 civic last year and ever since it has been surging. it will suge until its warmed up but then stops.... ?

I think its this valve on the back of my mani.
Something is broke off the top.. idk what it is
and the hose that you see come off it doesnt go anywhere and has a screw i it..
can you tell me what hooks to it? and where the hose goes?
it has a sensor that is connected at the bottom.


if someone has one of these i would be happy to buy it.

 

Thats the Purge Solenoid, there is an open to atmosphere filter on top that looks like it is broken off.

It's an emissions device only...
