Ok i had this working the other day, i un installed the program while i was clearing out allot from my laptop. Now i cannot connect the s300 to my pc. I am using windows 7.

Things i tried

-Cheking in device manager / no usb drivers are there
-Update drivers / wont work error code comes up
-Tried older version of smanager
-I can hear the usb connect to computer
-Stays in offline mode
-Green light is on

Any help or suggestions ? should i update my windows ?...

 

i know my usb drivers are working i can install others but it wont install the s300 ones.

Sounds like something I used to do... Gotta know exactly what your deleting don't just guess. Something with your Communication Drivers or something. Usually the easiest thing to do in this situation if you don't have a computer savvy friend? Is just backup anything you want/can keep on to an external jump drive and do a factory restore. Make sure you save copy's of your Calibrations to the jump drive to. Infact you should already be doing that anyways...Good luck *** her right in the *****!

 

I'm having all of the same problems that you are and can't get this figured out. I have the V2 and cannot get the driver to install on my Lenovo G560 with Windows 7. I paid to have this set up on a dyno so I'm not wanting to change anything, but I do need to be able to read the error codes. Could we please start this conversation again?

 

You have to load a calibration into SManager in order to get the connect icon and upload icon to be enabled. Your screen shot shows no calibration in memory.
