Running lean in Vtec!
if you feel the need, you can send me your cal and a log file attached as well.
friendly advice. 2d maps are typically pretty uniform. If the line you are working on goes up or down, there is a 99% chance the line above and below it are going to want the same changes.
you also need to fix your TPS settings in Preference.

Checked the log/cal. Nothing looks weird. TPS calibration appears to be off but it wouldn't cause the issue you are having.
May sound like a stupid suggestion but make sure the injector #1 signal wire is going to injector on cylinder one etc...
I would also suggest trying another wideband sensor if you have access to one.
If all else fails, I would suggest monitoring your fuel pressure when the lean condition occurs to make sure you don't have fuel pressure drop.

From the battery? Fuel pump primes louder than a stock one. I guessing its ok to assume all my grounds are fine. The car drives normal besides that. My battery voltage on Neptune seems normal at WOT.

So I switched injectors 2&3, it might just be me but it actually seems to run better. It's a possibility I switched them while doing my wiretuck. I'll have to take it apart to look at it closely to be sure. But the problem still remains. Car drives smooth while cruising. This **** is getting lame now.

The fuel filter was changed last summer only. But I might just throw my stock one back on. It's really getting on my nerves.
If it was an electrical problem wouldn't it happen under any load?

I dont really think ignition timing could be an issue. Maybe re-check your cam timing and make sure its all spot-on. I had a Z6 that had a timing belt off 1 tooth and ran VERY lean @ WOT.

For my timing when I lined up everything to TDC, my ignition timing 16*BTDC would not line up when I timed it with my timing gun. So I lined up my mechanical timing to 16* in order to get my ignition timing spot on.
Could that be the issue?

So you set your crank pulley on the 16 degree btdc marking & set your cam gears to tdc and put the timing belt on... ??? wtf

That was the only way to get the ignition timing to line up at 16*btdc with a timing gun. I set timing at TDC before doing this. Car runs the same. I will be re timing it to TDC today to see if it makes any difference.
Set the crank to tdc using an extension in the #1 cylinder to watch where the piston is in the stroke. You will want to do this to verify that your tdc mark on your crank pulley is actually tdc.

I have actually tried that. I even looked down the cylinder whole to see that Cylinder 1 is at its highest. I will be resetting timing tonight. Thanks for all the replys.

Alright so shitty news. I re timed everything at TDC, my cam gears are about 1/2 tooth off. Which is the only way they will line up using the TDC marks on the cam gears. Car runs like ****. No power whatsoever.
