Default recomended engine management?

Hey looking for some insight on which engine management I should use on my 99 B16 that I'm turboing. Also which ecu. Hondata has a package where its ecu and system. Should I use the OBD2a, OBD2b, or can i stick with a OBD1 since it will be in a 95 civic.

you cant do anything but standalone management with OBD2.

are you tuning yourself or having it tuned?

it really depends on how far you want to go and what your tuner prefers.
Nothing wrong with Crome, all though Hondata does have better backing behind it. (price to go with it also)
eCtune is awesome, cheaper and DIY if you want it to be. But it's newer and fewer shops support it. (but worth hunting one down IMO)
Neptune is in the same boat as eCtune, all though it's a complete package when you buy it.
AEM is if you want to go all out, price and ability to tune reflects it though.

If you're in a 95 civic, keep the ECU OBD1. (Hondata OBD2 ECUs are simply OBD1 ECUs with conversion harnesses no need to convert the car to OBD2 then convert back)

As far as how far i want to go. I want complete tuning ability, you know, I don't want to ever have something I can't do with my engine management. I really appreciate the help on this.
