Default quick tuning question

planning on turboing stock jdm dohc f22b what would be the cheapest way to tune the car?
would it be ok to street tune and i saw somewhere that people were tuning there turboed cars on crome (free version) is that possible?

Tuning the vehicle on an obd1 chipped ecu with crome would probably be the cheapest solution. I would advise you to fine a tuner who offers a better solution such as Hondata, Neptune or eCtune as they have much better support, development etc.

when i go to a tuner that will tune it on neptune,hondata or ectune do i have to buy the program or they just tune it then next time i want to retune it i have to go back to someone that has that same program?? and how much is a regular tune using there software this place i have i think charges $60 an hour
