i just noticed in my s300 closed loop tab that my

maximum map for closed loop was set at 4.3 inches.

what kind of effects does this have on the car while driving becuase I have a 8 psi spring in there?

That's vacuum, when above 4.3 inches or in boost, you are no longer in closed loop, the ECU switches to open loop at that map reading
