Default P28 virgin limp mode Fixxing

Hello guys.

Im having issues with a p28 virgin,
First i changed the TA8903SN, (the first run in the morning, tooks up to 5 minutos to send the signal to the main relay)
Now that works fine, BUT, there is always something, now its in limp mode, it cuts the rpm between 3500 and 4000 rpm.

I cannot find anything on google about which component is the one that control's the limp mode. (with the old ta8903sn that didnt happend)

Any help will be excelent,

PS I tested the car it with another p28 and there is no problem on the car, so there must be something else burn in the ecu.

I have several p06 and p28 ecu's that take 3-10 minutes to prime the fuel pump and fire, and as best I can determine there is a problem in the injector circuits on the board, and basically i just saved them for parts if i need, and the warmer and more humid it is the worse it gets. What you are dealing with sounds similar...
