We have a civic with a H22 turbo, the guy that tuned the car converted the p06 to vtec is was working fine till the turbo blow the seal and it leaked boost. that got fixed but after testing it now it wont pass the 6500rpm's we checked all vacuums lines, and the connectors . All we can think is the the ecu is the problem. please any ideas??

Take the car back to the tuner to have the tune re-checked.
The tuner could have put a boost cut on the tune which you are now hitting due to having a boost leak or faulty turbo etc.
