OBDII inspection problems HELP
okay i have a 2000 civic si.
the block is a b18c with my si head.1000cc precision injectors. 9.1 cp pistons, bored to 84mm. stock head with ctr cams and ts got a 35r on it.
Im running a p28 obd1 ecu with neptune rtp
the car isnt running yet but it will be in about a month and im going to need a sticker. What can i do? I know the vins need to match the car. Is it possible to swap my si obd2 ecu back into the car and run it for inspection with the stock injectors and the stock o2 sensor. Will that work or am I in for a world of ****.
any suggestions.

I bit the bullet and bought this thing and it worked flawlessly:

I got it from a guy on pgmfi.org and he sells them on his website now apparently.
