Default neptune variable 2 step?

i read in a thread that neptune has a on the fly adjustable 2 step.
just trying to find out some info before i get my tune done.
searched and couldn't find. I'll be using either a p28 or p30 neptune chipped.

I'm going to drag this car a lot, so i would rather be able to adjust the 2 step for ultimate traction. Don't know if i need to list my set up.

I've also heard of 2 step by rpm and tps threshold.
