its a p72 ecu it is chiped but i wanna know what this extra board is first time seeing it and i am new to the tuning game all and any help is greatly appreciated

That's called a knock board. Every P72 has one.

Searching for P72 ECU information would have actually turned up those details on several sites.

Just an FYI, As far as I can tell from your pic that doesn't look too me like a legit skunk2 chip. Hard to tell though. Just to be on the safe side you might want to get something better, aka, a dyno tune or at least a new street tune for your setup.
