tried doing a search got some good facts but when it comes to chipping i know pretty much nothing so just looking for what people recomend. going to run either a p28 or a p72, s which is the best bang for my buck (not looking to spend more than 300) hondata, neptune, or crome?

An obd1 p28, p30, p72 would work just fine...

I would suggest having a local tuner tune the car using hondata s100, s300, neptune, eCtune.
