Default Knock Sensor options

I'm thinking of converting to E-85 and I'm about 90% certain that I am going to but I want to utilize a knock sensor. I'm running a fully built LS and its tuned on an AEM EMS. Last dyno session netted 429HP and I'd like to go to 500HP. Its rocking stock sleeves so I need to know as much as possible about the timing. Aside from pulling the engine and installing a factory knock sensor in the rear of the block, does anyone know of an option in the front of the block or even an aftermarket knock sensor that could save me from pulling the engine? I know T1 makes an aftermarket cam trigger sensor but I haven't had any luck in locating an aftermarket knock. Any advice would be phenomenal.

The best bang for the buck is going to be "det cans". Do a search.
There are also other solutions like "the knock box" you can look into.
