Default hondata s300 smanager help

i just downloaded smanager from hondata, is this software difficult to get used to using? i dont want to destroy my ecu or motor

how can i eliminate knock sensor so that i can use vtec on the s300? and I saw that there is a section to erase Fault Codes, Will the code come back on if its a problem in the sensor? is it a bad idea to clear Cylinder position sensor code?
