Default help on tuning

i want to tune my motor, which is a b20vtec. its pretty much stock so i dont want to spend a great amount of money on like the hondata s300. so i was wondering if anyone has any suggestions. i know i could run other tuning programs but im just looking to see what you guys recommend. i still need to get my p72 ecu chipped and then tuned. and my plan is to get it tuned for daliy driving and its a stock motor.
also if i get it tuned and then purchase other parts like "headers/exhaust system" would it affect the tunning in any way?

eCtune, a Moates Ostrich & Hulog, Innovate LC-1 and a good 2 USB port laptop

I wouldn't waste your time and money tuning something Honda has already spent time tuning. It's not worth it to chip and tune a stock engine.

My suggestion is to wait until you do some upgrades to your engine to have your ECU chipped & tuned. Yes I/H/E systems can require tuning if they are purpose built for an engine. A generic off the shelf CAI, header and cat back exhaust wouldn't necessarily require tuning.

Again I will state that it's not a good use of money to tune a stock engine. Unless you are learning to tune on your own and what to get some practice.
