Default H22 tuning question

My setup is

H22a with a p28, hondata s100. (Street -tuned)
built head
Innovate motorsports lc-1
stock injectors
earls inline filter (cleaned new element), walbro 255 (replaced in tank filter recently)
6 month old o2

My question/problem is that some days while driving my wideband will read 10.1 - 11. After it reads this for a minute, the check engine light comes on (code 43) and the A/F goes to 14.6- 15. Any Ideas what could be causing this?

Also would it be wise to switch to the obd2 saturated injectors? Or just stay with what I got?

Thanks for any help and have a blessed day!!--Casey

Stock injectors tells us nothing. Are they high impedance or low impedance? Do you have a Resistor box installed? Have you tried following the troubleshooting in the Helms manual for that error code?
