getting the car started
i just started my car two days ago, it's an 98 integra with b18b(stock block) turbo and ITB's . the car start and everything but i have a very rought idle reading 10p/m on the boost gauge, the car seems to be running soo rich, it's puffing black smoke and backfires. the tips of the plugs are Very greasy ( they were new plugs 5minutes before i turned the key) i did a very short road test and the car won't go over 4000rpm. i can't read the CEL code by jumping the connector of the green rubber plug. Must be problem with sensors or defect ecu ( ecu was made to work with my 450cc and crome boost basemaps). Any suggestion to resolve the problem before dynoday??
This needs extreem tuning..
-TPS indexing with boostcompensation.
-TPS indexing for load <1024mbar and MAP indexing for load >1024mbar
Only 3 systems will allow you to do this.
eCtune, Neptune, s300(i believe never used it)
But eCtune and Neptune can do it for sure.

Sounds like a pretty unique setup. Do have any pics?
