Default Fried Ecu Fixable? Solid CEL

Hey guys,

So I was helping a friend diagnose his Integra that wouldn't start a few years back and his damn car fried 2 of my ecus. There was water in his back hatch which shorted out the fuel pump wiring which subsequently also shorted out my ecus. UGH.

These were chipped and socketed ecus that I would love to have fixed or get some use from them. After installing on his car, they now display a Solid CEL and won't run the engine.

Are they fixable for less than the cost to buy a replacement? Anybody know of someone that is able to fix them?

plenty of us fix them, but it depends what's been fried to how much it will be for a repair. you should post photos of both sides of the board.
