Pherable.net ecu with solid cel

Pherable.net ecu with solid cel
so I recently got my ecu chipped by pherable.net mainly because I have no soldering skills. it is a p75 ecu. I'm tuning the car myself through chrome using a hulog and an ostrich. as I made my basemap and uploaded it to the ostrich I have a solid cel and the car will NOT go over 4000 rpms. is it possible something is wrong on my end or is it a bad solder on pherable.net?
