i'm tuning a friend's car.
bseries 2L
1000cc
air intake manifold (iacv is isolated)
gt35
so it's like this. it idles at 800-900 fine, without a/c when i tip in the throttle to like 4trpm, when it goes down, it reached around 500rpm and revives the idle speed.
but when i turn on the AC, no matter what idle speed i run it, EVEN 1.5trpm idle, after a tip in, it goes down straight and engine dies on me.
i tried aem, s300, crome.
tps is set to 0, tried ign from 5 - 20, fuel is okay, vacuum at idle without ac is 250mbar, and with a/c is 350mbar. (too much vacuum?) cam gears are at 0,0.

how high is too high?
is 250mbar @ idle 800rpm no a/c too low? because my car idles at 800rpm also and i get around 450-500mbar. i know i dont have any leaks because turbo is spooling pretty nicely with no boost leak.

Check the helms manual for factory specs.
