Default crome full throttle shift??

im running a 95 cx hatch with a b18cR swap and b16 tranny with a jdm p30 chipped and tuned ecu by me

ive looked all over the place on how to wire this up..

my car didnt come with a/c or cruise control...

so i put a cruise control thing in the clutch pedal, got a wire from that to a ground spot and then another wire from the switch to the ecu in spot b5, setup my rev limit to 9k and my fts to 7k, take it for a spin bam rev limit at 7k wtf?

then i read on pgmfi.org and it says i need it to be in pin b7 so i do that, and it still doesnt work..

does anybody know how to hook it up and get it working correctly?

keep your foot complete;y off the clutch, when i had mine set up even the slightest resting on the clutch whould trigger the early rev limit.
