Crome Changes
I am using crome on my lsvtec car right now.. and i am wanting to run 93 pump on low boost and i am wanting to run e85 on high boost.. Will crome allow me to do that or i am just going to have to pick which one i am wanting to run..
If you run e85.. do you have to run it all the time in the car or can you run it when you want tooo. Cause that is what i want to do.. run e85 when i want to.. and majority of the time run 93 pump thanks..

You could always run a Moates 2-timer and program a 512 chip, which can hold two maps.
Then just program both tunes on 1 chip and then switch between them with the 2-timer.

So if i don't run a moates 2 timer.. i can not do that.. cause i really want to run E85 sometimes, to get more power out of the car..
if i just have to run to chips.. that would be fine with me.. i don't have a issue just swapping out chips when i want to run a certain fuel. would that work..
when you chip your ecu with crome set-up. does it automatically make your car run to its spec or do i have to take my car to go tune at a shop? because the closest shop that can tune for me will be about 200 mile from where i live.

when you get crome.. you get a base map chip.. and then you have to go get it tuned. the base map is only to get it started.. it is not to just chill on it.. it is a temp chip..
How often do you plan on swapping chips?
Probably worth your wile to get an ostrich or a two timer if your looking at swapping frequently. That is unless you plan on leaving your ECU out in the open with the cover off it. IMO It would be APITA to take it out of the bracket, remove the cover and chip every time you want to swap fuel. Not to mention if you break a pin on a chip from pushing and pulling on it too much your SOL unless you carry around a back up chip for each map.
Oh, FYI eCtune has a secondary map feature that you can set up with a switch to run a second map.....

If you have to ask this question, I would say that your best bet would be to buy a base map from a reputable tuner. (Xenocron.com or Phearable.net) They should be able to create and burn you a base map for your particular setup. That should get you the 200 miles to your tuner.

Yes it would work.

No it does not automatically set up for your car.

Wow...it seems like you keep asking the same questions over and over.
Get tuned on E85, get tuned on 93. Either keep two chips and switch them, or run the 2 timer setup. Simple as that.
Be sure you drain ALL E85 before switching to 93 though. Don't run mixes of half tank E85 then fill with 93...you'll run into rich/lean issues.

Crome only allows you to set up & tune for one map at a time. But you can still create two separate .bin files (tuned maps) that you can;
1. Burn 2 separate chips (1 with your 93 .bin and the other with your E85 .bin)
2. Burn them on one Moates two timer chip Or
3. Have two .bin files saved on a laptop/computer that you can upload individually to a Moates ostrich.
*Note: You will have to tune your car twice, once for each fuel setup. (.bin file/map)
What you are asking is possible but it's up to your tuner if he can do it for you or not. Don't go to your tuner hopping he can do something. You should be asking him these questions before you go.
