Beartooth Run 2008 June 2008
Beartooth run is a run that is held every year for car enthusiasts. First run was on June 16th, 2007. The run is not a form of racing, but a cruise. It is not endorsed by police or any other form of authority. Any injuries or wrecks on the run is by your own fault, and is your responsibility to take care of any destruction caused by it. Beartooth Run will start in Billings, MT go to Red Lodge, MT and drive up the Beartooth Pass to Cooke City. This run is for driver's to show off their skills and their cars performance at a high elevation with the top being estimated 10,980 ft. where the starting elevation is estimated 3,700 ft.
The first run was on June 16th, 2007, had 38 cars counted for. Mostly imports, but there is no discouragement for domestic cars to join in, or any other car. It is a run for all types of cars. We made this run to have fun was the key goal. Any questions please message me or email at Beartoothrun@yahoo.com, Thanks. JP Would like to give special thanks to Steve and Kory for getting a few more people and making it known.
**The 2008 is run is scheduled to be on Saturday, June 28th. Plan to meet up at 9 a.m. and will we depart at 10 a.m. on the dot. Meeting place is undecided at this time. The date is subject to change, but i would not count on it changing.**

<---New Guy
Representin' Glasgow... I was starting to feel I was THE ONLY GUY IN THE WHOLE FREAKING STATE... (and tagging this thread for later) .... ...lol...
Working on a few cars, new to Honda's, but getting it sorted.
Met some dude on Broadwater last weekend with a nice silver hatch, ZC motor, had a cage in it, neat car. Picked up a parts car from a guy on the buffalo trail, going to Mott.
Present Honda tally.
89 CRX, parts car
89 civic, in progress, boosted Mini-me engine.
91 Civic SI, window'd d16a6 block, looking for block.
89 Civic hatch, b16a normally aspirated.

Cool. never seen the video before. You used my pics without my permission *******! Just kidding, I don't care at all.
Hopefully the cops aren't around.
I suggested this before...but apparently it didn't last..
WE NEED TO DO THIS ON A WEEKDAY!!!
I realize people have work etc...but think about it.
A)Half as many non-imports on the road.
B)half as many non-imports means a lower chance of being reported like we were last time
C)Half as many non-imports and lower chance of being reported means more room to drive.
D)Its months and months away, people can plan to take work off.
I think we should really consider a weekday....Friday or Monday. It just makes more sense.

Re: Beartooth Run 2008 June 2008 (aquarius)
i do think its a good idea really.. i could see if making less people come but it is a far ways away where they could plan work off. and to clear it up i am not a dometic driver but i am not enforcing them not to come.. i think better words use would be non-runners lol i will message some peeps and see what they think about it being on a weekday and we'll go from there

I really hope I can go again
And I am indifferent on whether it's on a friday or saturday or any other day of the week. I'm sure if everything else works out for me to be able to go then I could take a day off from work

Re: Beartooth Run 2008 June 2008 (wheelmanbg)
i dont get why u wudnt want alot of cars to come it wud make it more fun id think. and i didnt go on the run last year but that didnt seem like to many cars to me. jus to many subs in my point of view. cuz isnt it the subs that made the count so high?
i mean if u guys want a run with not that many cars then jus call ur buddies one weekend and go lol. the reason to do this i thoiught was to get a bunch of cars and go on a run.
idk i mean ya i can see ur point in having less cars to make it more safe but stuff is gonna happen no matter what when people drive dumb hint my car lol. id jus like to see more hondas and cars like jasons go. those subs are anyone can buy a stock car w a turbo and a warrenty.
sorry JC
