So i have a ek coupe with a Ls swap B18a1. i live in Washington and its been getting colder recently and now my car is having trouble starting. it cranks fine but it takes a couple times for it to turn on. the first time it turns on it idles for a sec and then dies. im thinking it might be a timing belt problem? or my battery is going out. help me out please ?

 

Any CEL? Do you have water or coolant in your cooling system? It can't be timing related if it was fine in normal weather. Timing would have affect in any type of weather.

and it is running coolant.

 

Cel = check engine light. Is your battery good? And according to your username I'm assuming youre from Spokane
