Default bad ecu

okay i have a JDM p30 chipped with hondata S200

My car was running really rich 12:1 idle and 11:1 WOT. I had my tuner take out a little fuel to make the car run better.

Took out the computer switched the chips. It is in limp mode.

We tested the computer on my car civic and my ouncles Type R to rule out the car. We haved switched between 3 differant chips and many differant burns. The red led is on the blue box it is constant.

The computer was okay before switching chips.

Have you checked the soldered connections between the chip socket and the ECU?
