Default b16a2 being run by an unchipped P08??

i just got the car for cheap its a 92 civic hatch with a b16a2 sc4 lsd tranny 75k runs mint(not my first b16), when i got it home i checked the ecu to see which one it is, to my surpise it's a P08 i belive it's a jdm d15 vtec ecu, so i pulled off the cover to see if it was chipped as i was confused on how else could it run, and once again to my surpise i see no chip. what is going on? maybe i'm just not seeing the chip because i'm to usdm ecus

Yea, take that ecu out and chip it or get a chipped ecu.
running a b16 on a p08 rom is not a good idea.
I can sell you a great ecu or chip yours for very cheap.
for a short time in selling fully chipped ecus for 100$, with all the extras.
let me know if i can be of any help
