auto lean when tapping throttle.
I have an b series engine controlled with v2 s300. on e85.
BOSCH 2000cc injectors purchased from 0 and J.
2) BOSCH 044 pumps with -10an suction side to 2 stainless filters (one per pump)then they Y together to ONE AEROMOTIVE filter, everything is -10. pumps on relays
aeromotive efi fuel pressure regulator
As soon as I hit the throttle, the car leans out.
Everything is brand new in the car. I had sumped the tank and cut all the lines and tried cleaning everything afterwards. When I first started the car I left stock injectors to try and catch any dirt that was left instead of messing up my boschs. so I later installed my 2000cc's and the car ran awesome for about 20 miles, started tuning the fuel map...and everything was ok...then the car started running leaner. the AFR's were all over the place, no matter what.
THINGS IVE TRIED
-ID and FID plus stock dead times...
-removed all filers and cleaned them, the pre-pump filter were bad and the post was ok...made no difference.
-data logged and found nothing wrong with car, voltage, comps etc
-map sensor and ECU work awesome in my other car
-tried making It very rich and very lean....no difference
-there are NO voltage issues with pumps or the car.
-tps is working.
-tried adjusting the fuel comp. tables.
-fuel pressure does NOT drop it is at 45 psi and goes up when you tap throttle
-put injectors on a battery and they do open and close and let brake parts cleaner through
I don't understand why out of this happened. im stumped
