Default Alpha-N mapping with CROME

Hi. I want to do a TPS vs RPM map in CROME. However, even with the ITB tools plugin, half of the columns in the table are still for MAP values. Is there any way I can make a full TPS vs RPM map with CROME? Thanks in advance!

No, you can't. The Alpha-N in crome wasn't designed that way. Get something better.

So the tune HAS to be MAP - TPS, with crossover only?

For crome, yes. It wasn't designed for anything else.

eCtune has pretty good Alpha-N tuning capabilities as well.

Crome is quickly slipping out of it's usefulness.
both Neptune and eCtune have good TPS based mapping.

Does Neptune work with just a chipped ECU or does it need a Demon? I have an Ostrich 2.

This is all true, but you can alter the TPS/Map crossover threshold to make it quite workable.

(Above) Neptune uses an installed daughter board like S300. The ecu needs chipped with a socket and necessary chipping parts and a datalogging port needs installed. There are then some small modifications made to the case and by bending over some components near the J12 location. There is also the Neptune dealer option which allows your car to be tuned, a chip burned then simply just popped into a chipped ecu. One option allows continual changes to be made on the fly, one requires you go to a tuner.
