AEM EMS2

How difficult is the tuning software for the AEM EMS2 to navigate and tune with.

That would depend on your experience level with tuning. Have you used the Series 1 AEMPro software?

Never, I've used FAST and Big Stuff 3 before.

Download the AEM Tuner Software and look for your self :-)

As mtber said download/install and check it out. You can also go through the instructions and look at the EMS-4 instructions as they do a good job explaining a lot of the tables.
