How to you guys to replace the oil sump gasket?

I had replaced with two new gasket but still keep leakage, it is a simple job but i dun know what happen it is. That's make me upset..........

This is the situation I have see on the gasket , the gasket be out of shape (deformed) while I tighten the screw with torque spec and I had tried to replaced with the sealant..

I really dun have any ideas for this . anybody have this experience?

The factory style gaskets are a design that promotes leaking... especially if you tighten the bolts and nuts over the factory torque spec. The most common issue is someone finds a small weep/leak and tightens the bolts a bit more... and this makes it worse. FelPro makes an upgraded oil pan gasket (Part # OS30630T) with a metal frame sandwiched between two rubber gasket surfaces, and this metal frame keeps the gasket from "oozing" out between the block and pan. "MyHondaHabit" also makes one from a composite material that also works extremely well... pricey, but also a great choice.
