Drifting
When you use the E-brake, you are not drifting (in the way that you're talking about). You are just dragging the back end of the car. At the same time, you are slowing down.
You will not be able to do a smooth drift using the E-brake on a FWD car. The rear end may slide out smoothly initially, however, when it starts to correct, it will be very rough because you have no way to moderate the rear traction.
"Real" drifting happens with high power RWD cars. They are able to control slide the rear end while keeping speed/accelerating. It's mostly for show, and it is not the fastest way around a corner. There are a few instances where it might be faster, but most of the time it is not.
Okay, now the rest of HT may reply with the good answers.
go to mcdonalds and get like four trays. put two of them on the back tires and go at it in a parking lot. that's drifting!!! the other two are back ups because sooner or later the plastic will burn off of them.

Well, think about it. You need either a motor and tranny that came from a RWD car. You have to swap them both into your car. You need a driveshaft/rear differential. Your car doesn't even have the space under the car for all that to go, so you'll have to cut out half your car and fabricate a tunnel.
EDIT: That's if you go with a new motor/tranny combo. If you want to keep your FWD motor, use the above link as a reference.
But....for all intents and purposes, it cannot be done. If it is accomplished, the balance of the car will not be good. It will not drive as well as a real RWD car. If you are set on drifting, sell your Integra and get a cheap RWD car. (240SX, Miata, and any number of American cars)

OMG..
are you f'ing serious?! you are the reason why people hate on hondas/honda drivers. you f'ing douchebag. here's a helpful hint...stop playing initial D KID.
edit: i'm not saying FF cars can't necessarily drift because my friend has done what you call a "momentum drift" in his DC2 but the person who's asking is a 17 y/o who most likely will go out and do something stupid.

in a honda tuning mag there was thus guy drifting in a FF civic and was beating rwd cars. he says the people who can't drift a FF just don't know how to control their car to its limits thats all its not impossible. the guy's name was Keisuke Hatakeyama in the march 05 issue

reverse?
either use the trays or some garbage can lids... they work good too. If you're gonna use trays I would double them up because they will wear out pretty quick after a few hard whips...

I agree with zeroz. It seems like everybody has jumped on to the "FWD can't drift." bandwagon. So here we go again... Let's start out by defining the term "Drift"
Drift:
To cause a vehicle to exceed its tires' limits of adhesion, exhibiting a lateral slip, resulting in an oversteered condition.
Stop confusing exhibition drifting with street drifting. They have become two completely different techniques. Exhibition drifting is about as lame as Emo haircuts and corporate generated pop music. Who cares about how much smoke you can make spinning your tires around a curve. Good waste of some good tires. Or putting a hand out your window. Dumbass keep both hands inside the car where they are most useful. Exhibition drifting is all about show. From watching Formula D the course looks less than a mile long. If you want to impress me then block off a 10 miles road course with curves and S turns and see who runs it the fastest.
E-brake drifting is NOT yanking up on the handle and locking it. You use quick lift and release with throttle control to balance out the car into a lateral slide and to control how much power to keep the car in that condition.
Too many people want to do things the easy way or they lack the skills so they say "Oh that's impossible." It's not impossible to drift in a FWD. It's a different technique that requires more skills than drifting in a RWD. So stop buying the media hyped BS that they are cramming down your throats about RWD and drifting. Knowing how to drift in a FWD has saved my butt a few times because I avoided an accident because of some brain dead idiot was too busy on their cell phone and not paying attention to the road.
