I've got a fully built engine that I'm doing a refresh on before I throw alot more boost it, blah blah blah and I had planned on upgrading to all skunk2 drive train, however the valves are on back order for 3-4 weeks, and I'm scared it will be longer. My engine assembler is backed up and I don't want to miss begining of the season. Any help or advise would be great.

Engine should be 700+ hp.

My personal experience with the supertech valves.

The stem of the valves like to mushroom (even after little usage)
Supertech says they are hardened but I had better luck with OEM valves not mushrooming.
