Pro-FWD is good, but would be better with you racing.

 

i think we need some other racers to talk about this. gm come in and won so now all the honda guys jump ship. well i think its gonna change.honda wouldnt be honda if there was no battle no idrc no nhra so now what. or gm wouldnt be gm without honda. thats what i think about sport compact racing in 2008. battle, idrc. a good place to race

So are you trying to say you will be racing or are you gonna post on HT all the time talking about GM? I think everyone wants to see your car at the track, not pictures of the awesome fab work done to it.

well i guess ill just run battle and idrc and nhra next year i got the baddest car ever and more hp then jump ships... when you guys see this car your gonna ****. pat is the best. i just think something needs to be done quick or this class will be like pro rwd.

You CAN go, you are just choosing not to go. You would rather go camping and ride a bike. What Rota said is exactly true, this is the reason the sport is dieing. Because it is more fun to camp, then to support the sport that you PLAN to race in next year. I can not blame you though, with the price's NHRA charges to just watch, it is cheaper to just go ride a bike

 

I think you will do good in your state but if you venture out , good luck.Trying to keep up with Hunt,Ladwig,Gardella,Bergenholtz etc.. is is pretty big task.You must of tested the car by now, what did it run?

I'd sell the quad to pay the bills to drive the drag car....thats just me though.

That is what I figured. You were a guy getting paid to build a car, why would you have to wait to pay bills to build someone else's car? So come on turbocivic3337 get your bills paid so you can pay for the rest of that car to finished so you can go race. We need more fast guys, esp. Honda's out there racing. That car from what I have seen posted is amazing!

Gm is gonna be there and the guys they left to carry the torch are gonne give you hell. What the hell are you gonna do at idrc or battle. Race the ocasional slow hotrod car hat shows up for pro import. Thats no fun go out with the big boys. So who do we have for hondas. Jojos car, Sav leone, jerrold , and Levon. You should atleast **** on the hondas that are there.

what about you

 

we are going to be doin our thing next year, we arent planning on takin over the world. we were hoping to get into the 8.50's this season, but that was not the case. we are going to change a few things in hopes of making some more power.
it gets old trying to figure out what will work, and what will not.

we aim for our local east coast events, since we do have jobs + families that cannot be forgotten about. (cant take a week off to travel far)

POS battery/terminals ruined our night on thursday. although the car did go 166, and 134 in the 1/8 we were happy about that as it was the highest mph we've ever seen. the suspension/alignment needs some adjusting, the car is not leaving like it did before, and our short times are severly suffering.

we will have 2 cars out for next season.

 

i will be racing next year to just not a import
