Default Turbo Sizing about GT3076R

I have a built b20/vtec motor and i am running a huge air to water intercooler in a ef. i used to have the gt3076R on a built d series motor but it blew. my h/p goal is 500 because i still have stock sleeves. the probem is the exhaust housing on the turbo is 63 ar. i think this will be too small for the b20 and choke it out uo top. can i purchase a bigger housing that would bolt up to the turbo that would be able to reach my goal? what size should i get? thanks for your help.

i have seen 500 on a 3071 with an 0.82ar turbine housing.. so 500 with a 3076 shouldnt be a problem w/the big turbine housing
